This one is for those who love Italian cuisine. Previous week while roaming with my friends in the malls of Vasant Kunj we happened to go to a bar that I have been hearing for quite a time THE UNDERDOGGS. The ambiance of the cafe is quite good. You definitely feel while entering the place that the interior is well planned and suited for youth culture and at the same time it is  a treat to sports fans as the cafe has more than 40 HD screens. It also has many activities within the place only...like it does provide with Board Games, Table Tennis, Foosball, Billiards and many more. And if you are lucky enough to get the corner seats its like an icing on the cake because the view is amazing from there. But the main thing is that whether its food was also able to match the standards as of its ambiance. And if the food is worth the money.

Chicken Burger

We tried many of their special dishes like-Chilly Chicken, Chicken Kabaddi and Chicken Burger for starters and Quattro Stagioni Chicken Pizza, Spicy Piri Piri Pizza, Penne Ala Chikonara Pasta and Half Chicken Jack Daniels Sizzler for the main course.For starters I felt the Chicken Burger was the best as the bun felt quite soft and the chicken patty was also gooey, both together gave a melting experience in the mouth. The Chicken Kabaddi was also a nice one to eat. It was chicken on a stick which was well seasoned and the chuttney with the Kabaddi  added a tangy flavour to it. But, The Chilly Chicken did not have the value for the  money as there was no "twist" to it. Coming to the main course Penne Ala Chikonara was a bit of a disappointment as the chicken had a bitter taste and moreover pasta was also not well baked. The Half Chicken Jack Daniels Sizzler was also not competent enough to satiate my taste buds as it had more leaves and herbs than the meat and moreover the Whiskey did not add any flavor to the dish. The Quattro Stagioni Chicken Pizza justified its name well as the pizza base was divided in 4 (Quattro) parts, with each part having
different type of meat on it. The dist was a favorite amongst the friends as it provided the taste as well as the variety in one dish. The Spicy Piri Piri Pizza is the good option for the vegetarians to have because of the very few vegetarian dishes listed in the menu.All and all its a good place to hang out with friends who can shell out Rs5000-Rs8000.
