Chicken Lovers@Eat and Treat
Location of Eat N Treat
As the name suggests, this place is definitely a treat for people who love to eat. The place is in Shalimar Bagh in CC Block names "EAT AND TREAT". The shop is not the one with fancy lights or anything that attracts our eyes. Their main services are for the "take away's" only but they also have dine-in services. The food is a mixture of spices and finger-licking chicken.
We ordered for Afghani Chicken, Chicken Lolly-Pop and Chicken Tikka for starters and Tawa Chicken for the main course. The Afghani Chicken we ordered for was not very appealing to eyes but when tasted, it is a whole another story. The chicken tasted incredibly good and was tender.
The Chicken Lolly-Pop was quite a mix, as it tasted like any other lolly-pop but looked very different. Chutney provided with the lolly-pop was very tasty, though I think that the dish as whole could be seasoned more sophistically. Chicken Tikka and Tawa Chicken were the average dishes, as the chicken had such little pieces of bones, it was quite a task to eat it.
The place is good to just stop-by when you have hunger pangs and you are in a hurry, because if you dine-in the service is quite slow. The average meal costs Rs400-Rs600 for two.
My ratings are:
Food- ***1/2 (3.5 stars)
Service- **1/2 (2.5 stars)
